If the food is healthy for you, it usually won't contain a lot of empty calories and cause the weight gain that you can see when you eat junk food or highly processed foods. Eating a lot becomes a habit, so you should try to watch your portion sizes. The key is to eat until you're satisfied, not until you're full.
2. Drink a glass of water before each meal.
Water is perhaps the best liquid you can drink. Almost everything else contains sugar or other empty calories. When you drink water before a meal, (8-ounces is enough), you'll feel fuller before eating and this might help you eat less at the meal.
3. Snack on a meal replacement bar.
I like to keep a stash of granola bars in my desk at work so I can grab one whenever I feel hungry or need an energy kick. All fats are made up of "triglycerides." Triglycerides are the building blocks of fat, and each triglyceride, in turn, consists of a mixture of three fatty acids: saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Triglycerides also contain one glycerol molecule.

The fatty-acid composition of animal fat can vary, depending on the diet of the animal.

Avoid Trans-fatty Acids
Trans-fatty acids are chemically altered, man-made fats that are found in partially hydrogenated oils. The "hydrogenation" process injects hydrogen into vegetable fats under high heat and pressure. This saturates what was previously an unsaturated fat and results in a chemical that is not found in nature and is very rich in trans-fatty acids. Olive Oil: Olive oil is a natural conditioner for the hair and promotes scalp health. Olive oil has plenty of antioxidants which are essential to keeping the skin of your scalp in healthy shape. Olive oil can help your hair get shiny and very soft. Olive oil massages can improve the blood circulation in your scalp. This increased blood flow can stimulate the follicles, which then produce thicker strands.
The combination of eggs, coconut oil, and olive oil give your hair the best possible combination for having your healthiest hair.  My results were incredible, my hair was incredibly soft, shiny, voluminous, and it shockingly felt thicker (after one use). I absolutely LOVED this hair mask, and will continue to use this method when I want the ultimate hair mask treatment for my hair.



Ingredients:(depends on the length of your hair)
1-2  eggs 
1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1-2 tablespoon of olive oil  

Directions: 
– Warm up the coconut oil for about 15-20 seconds (Allow it too cool for about 1-2 minutes)
Combine the coconut oil, eggs, and olive oil together (Whisk it all together until it is very smooth)
– Apply the mask everywhere, with a focus on your ends and roots
-After application, apply a bag (grocery bag) on your hair to seal in the mask/create heat
-Leave the mask in your hair for a minimum of one hour
-Wash out with lukewarm to cool water (hot water can potentially cook the raw egg *gross*)
-Shampoo  afterwards
-Enjoy your beautiful hair !

Dark circles under the eyes, sometimes called shadows or dark rings under the eyes, are the appearance of dark skin between the lower eyelid and the top of the cheek. Dark circles under the eyes can occur in infants, children, adolescents and adults, and to men and women alike.

Causes:
  • Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by a variety of conditions,

  • Lifestyle factors.
