1.Black spot on face

Black spot on skin (hyperpigmentation): Dark spots on the skin, also called hyperpigmentation, are a common skin problem especially beginning in middle age. There are a variety of conditions and agents that can cause dark spots to develop.

Causes:
One of the most under-recognized causes of dark spots is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This is a dark spot that occurs after some type of trauma to the skin – especially infections like acne. This and other skin diseases are listed here:
  • Melasma
  • Riehl’s melanosis
  • Poikiloderma of Civatte
  • Erythromelanosis follicularis
  • Linea Fusca
  • Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Ingredients:
  1. Nutmeg.
  2. Sandalwood.
  3. Neem leaf .
Natural Remedies:
  • Nutmeg: Medicinal Properties: Sedative, stimulant, relaxant, anti inflammatory, antiseptic, bactericide, etc. Culinary Uses: Nutmeg is used in sweet and spicy dishes like pies, custard, cookies spice cakes, cheese sauces, soups, egg and vegetables dishes. Mace is often preferred in light-colored dishes for the bright orange, saffron-like color it imparts.
  • Neem has been used in a variety of ways both for personal and community health. Neem leaves, fruits, flowers and Bark contains antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antinflammatory and also acts as a  contraceptive agent. Neem leaves are now known to contain nimbin, nimbinene acetylnimbinase, nimbandial, nimbolide and quercentin. Tender leaves are effective in parasitic infections. A 10% aqueous extract of tender leaves has been found to posses anti-viral properties.
Take some nutmeg, sandalwood and neem leaf. Grind it. Then apply on your black dots.

2.Dark circles
Dark circles under the eyes, sometimes called shadows or dark rings under the eyes, are the appearance of dark skin between the lower eyelid and the top of the cheek. Dark circles under the eyes can occur in infants, children, adolescents and adults, and to men and women alike.
Causes:
Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by a variety of conditions,
  • Including trauma,
  • Infection,
  • Inflammation,
  • Allergies, and
  • Lifestyle factors.
Dark circles under the eyes and other types of discoloration are often caused by relatively minor conditions, such as fatigue and minor allergies, but may also result from more serious conditions, such as an invasive eye infection.

Ingredients:
  1. Milk
  2. Almond
Natural Remedies:
  • Almonds contain approximately 49% oils, of which 62% is monounsaturated oleic acid (an omega-9 fatty acid), 24% is linoleic acid (a polyunsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid), and 6% is palmitic acid (a saturated fatty acid).
  • Milk forms an important component of our daily balanced diet. It serves as an excellent source of calcium that makes our bones and teeth strong.
Take some almond, grind with milk. Then apply on your dark circle.

3.Face darkness
 
Darkened skin, or hyperpigmentation, is the appearance of patches of skin that become darker than the surrounding area.
Causes:
  • Sunlight.
  • Freckles.
  • Xeroderma pigmentosum (a genetic disorder of DNA repair).
Ingredients:
  1. Oilve oil.
  2. White part of the egg.
Natural Remedies:
Take some olive oil; mix with white part of the egg. Then apply on your face. After 30 minutes, wash with cold water.

4.Glowing skin

Multan clay (Fuller’s Earth)
There are many uses of herbal clays. As we have already noted, the clay derives its name from its properties or historical uses. Since it was used as a bleaching agent, the very first thing it is good for is bleaching. It is therefore used as a cleaning agent.
Second, you can use this pack for personal beauty care, in terms of a facial pack. Cleansing and toning of the face using this clay has been done for thousands of years.

How to use?
  • Multani Matti – 2-3 tbsp
  • Curd – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon – ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric – A tiny pinch
Mix all the ingredients well and apply it on the face and neck. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and once it dries wash it off with cold or warm water
